Job Overview

This is a remote position in which you will process incoming faxes. This involves looking up who the fax is for and attaching it to the customer's profile.This position is Monday-Friday 12:00pm - 8:30pm EST (New York Timer) with a thirty minute break.Job Objectives

• Accurately process incoming faxes.
• Communicates among many individuals, including patients, co-workers, insurance companies, and prescribers.
• Understands and follows applicable HIPAA regulations, professional standards, and ethical principles.

Requirements

• Proven internet download speeds of greater than 20Mbps and upload speed of 10Mbps via an online speed test ()
• Prior experience with US healthcare preferred.
