Established in 2000, the Health Consortium supports vulnerable and diverse populations throughout Greater San Gabriel Valley by strengthening partnerships, facilitating information sharing, increasing access to resources, and enhancing the visibility of participating organizations.

This position requires a high degree of independence, initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while building and maintaining collaborative relationships across healthcare, public health, behavioral health, community-based organizations, government agencies, and philanthropic partners.
