What Youll Be Doing
Manage executive calendars, inboxes, and meetings across time zones.
Draft professional correspondence and prepare executive reports.
Handle confidential records and project coordination.
Anticipate needs and proactively support leadership.
Provide high-level administrative support with discretion and efficiency.
What Were Looking For
Minimum 3 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders.
Advanced English proficiency (C1C2) verbal and written.
At least 2 years of remote work experience.
Bachelors degree preferred.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
Professional home office setup with reliable internet.
Compensation
$3.00 to $10.00 USD per hour (depending on experience)
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Part-Time 20 hours per week
