We're looking for a proactive, highly organised Executive Assistant to work directly with the
founder of a fast-growing media business. This isn't a traditional EA role, we're looking for
someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces AI, and takes ownership without
needing constant direction.

About the Business
The company operates across three key areas:
● Podcast production and management
● Enterprise content clipping and distribution
● Launch video campaigns for X (Twitter) and LinkedIn
You'll be working directly with the founder, helping keep both business and personal operations
running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage calendars, inboxes, meetings and scheduling
● Book international travel, accommodation and manage visa applications
● Coordinate reservations, gifting and other personal administration
● Draft professional emails and communications on behalf of the founder
● Conduct research and complete ad hoc administrative projects
● Support operational tasks across the business when required
● Carry out targeted outreach via email to clients, candidates or partners
● Join hiring interviews when needed and confidently represent the business
● Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
