About the Role

We are looking for a strategic, commercially minded, and hands-on Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Department and build our Product Marketing capabilities.

You will own product marketing for assigned product areas, translating complex product capabilities into compelling positioning, clear value propositions, and effective go-to-market strategies. You will also drive growth across the customer lifecycle, from acquisition and conversion to engagement, retention, and monetization.

This role combines product marketing, growth strategy, and analytics, with the opportunity to establish new processes, take ownership of strategic initiatives, and shape how Product Marketing operates within Teroxx. As the function grows, there will be an opportunity to progress into a Lead Product Marketing role.

The role is opened for candidates from EU and B2B contractors (full-time).

Your Key Responsibilities

• Product Marketing & Positioning: Own marketing for assigned product areas, developing differentiated positioning, messaging, and value propositions. Translate complex product features into clear customer benefits, informed by customer needs, market research, and competitive insights.
• Go-to-Market & Marketing Strategy: Develop long-term marketing strategies and quarterly roadmaps aligned with business objectives. Lead GTM planning and execution for product launches, feature rollouts, and strategic initiatives, coordinating creative and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Growth & Lifecycle Marketing: Drive growth across paid acquisition, SEO, conversion optimization, in-app marketing, lifecycle communications, upselling, and retention. Work with existing team members and external partners to improve channel performance and customer engagement.
• Analytics & Function Development: Establish marketing analytics, tracking, and attribution through GA4 and Mixpanel. Use performance data and customer feedback to optimize initiatives. Own the transition of relevant activities, assets, and processes from Communications, while establishing the Product Marketing function, its priorities, and ways of working.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Design, Compliance, and Business Development to identify opportunities, support strategic initiatives, and translate product and business objectives into measurable marketing outcomes. Contribute to the marketing strategy for the MiFID licensing POC.

What We're Looking For

Required

• 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or a related role, ideally within fintech, financial services, or technology.
• Proven experience owning product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and marketing initiatives end-to-end.
• Understanding of performance and lifecycle marketing, including paid channels, SEO, conversion optimization, and customer engagement.
• Experience with marketing analytics, tracking, and attribution, ideally using GA4 and Mixpanel.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and project management skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans.
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to simplify complex product concepts.
• Strong ownership mindset, initiative, and ability to operate independently in an evolving environment.
• The candidate is expected to be currently based in an EU Member State

Preferred:

• Experience in digital assets, cryptocurrency, blockchain, or regulated financial services.
• Familiarity with MiCA, AML, and European regulatory frameworks.
• Experience building a Product Marketing or Growth function.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and customer engagement platforms.

Initial Priorities & Success

• Complete the transition of relevant activities, assets, and knowledge from the Communications team.
• Establish the Product Marketing function, its priorities, processes, and roadmap.
• Improve Performance Marketing activities across paid channels, SEO, and conversion optimization, working closely with the existing team.
• Establish the GA4 and Mixpanel analytics and tracking foundation.
• Lead GTM planning and execution for OpenPayd and the Ambassador Program.
• Help shape the marketing strategy for the MiFID licensing POC.
• Demonstrate clear ownership, initiative, and tangible progress across these priorities.
