Entry Level - Customer Service (Work From Home)

We are expanding our team and looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and providing a positive client experience.

As a Benefits Representative, you will work directly with clients to understand their needs, provide information about available benefit options, answer coverage questions, and assist them throughout the process. This is a remote position with training and ongoing support provided.

What You'll Be Doing

• Connect with clients to discuss their needs and available options
• Provide clear information about products, services, and coverage
• Respond to client questions and provide ongoing assistance
• Review existing benefit information with clients
• Help identify solutions based on individual circumstances
• Maintain strong and professional client relationships
• Keep up to date with changes to products, programs, and services
• Complete follow-ups and maintain organized client records
• Work alongside team members and leadership to achieve individual and team goals
