The ideal candidate has direct experience in entertainment booking, live events, ticketed performances, touring, venue operations, or a closely related field and understands how venues evaluate and book performers.

The ideal candidate has direct experience in entertainment booking, live events, ticketed performances, touring, venue operations, or a closely related field and understands how venues evaluate and book performers.
Responsibilities
- Research venues and live entertainment opportunities across the United States
- Identify appropriate venue contacts, capacities, booking requirements, and availability
- Assist with venue outreach and booking coordination
- Maintain organized records of contacts, conversations, opportunities, and follow-ups
- Coordinate dates and other logistical details as needed
- Support the development of multi-city tours and ticketed events
- Assist with entertainment marketing or promotional activities when relevant
- Part-time, 20 hours per week
- Exact daily schedule is flexible / TBD
- Candidate pay rate: $3-$4 per hour
Requirements
Qualifications- Previous experience in venue booking, live entertainment, touring, ticketed events, talent booking, or a closely related field strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable researching and communicating with venues
- Able to manage multiple opportunities and follow-ups at once
- Experience with entertainment marketing, event promotion, social media, tour coordination, or artist/talent management support is a plus
