We are currently partnering with a technology company operating at the intersection of financial infrastructure, payments, and digital assets to find a talented Enterprise Sales Executive based in Brazil.
About the Opportunity
We are looking for a senior, results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive with a strong background in B2B enterprise sales and a solid understanding of the crypto, stablecoin, and digital assets ecosystem.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding their presence in Brazil, building strategic relationships with banks, fintechs, payment companies, exchanges, and businesses operating in the digital assets space.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional who enjoys hunting for new business, managing complex sales cycles, and building long-term relationships with senior decision-makers in a dynamic and evolving market.
Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across Brazil.
Target banks, fintechs, payment companies, exchanges, and businesses operating in the stablecoin and digital assets ecosystem.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
Build and manage your own sales pipeline through proactive hunting and new account development.
Establish strategic relationships with institutional clients and senior stakeholders.
Understand client needs and develop tailored value propositions aligned with their business challenges.
Manage complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and regional teams to develop opportunities and share insights about the Brazilian market.
Track and manage sales pipeline and forecasts using CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to Prometeo's overall commercial growth.
Stay up to date with trends in stablecoins, crypto, digital assets, payments, and financial infrastructure in Brazil.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably in enterprise sales.
Previous experience working for companies in the crypto, stablecoin, exchange, or digital assets ecosystem.
Proven experience selling to B2B, institutional, or enterprise clients within the digital assets industry.
Experience selling to banks, fintechs, payment companies, or other financial institutions.
Experience negotiating and closing complex commercial agreements.
Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and manage multiple decision-makers throughout the sales process.
Fluency in Portuguese and advanced English.
Residence in Brazil.
Familiarity with CRM platforms; HubSpot experience is a plus.
A strong hunter mentality and a passion for new business development.
Nice to Have
Experience with stablecoin payments, crypto infrastructure, institutional crypto, cross-border payments, custody, tokenization, or digital asset infrastructure.
Spanish proficiency.
Experience selling complex technology solutions.
Strong understanding of the Brazilian financial services and digital assets markets.
