About this role

About RiskExec

RiskExec provides regulatory compliance, lending analytics and increasingly AI-enabled intelligence to financial institutions operating in one of the most demanding regulatory environments in the economy.

What We’re Building

Our next phase of growth requires deeper penetration of larger financial institutions: organizations with complex regulatory obligations, multiple stakeholders, established technology environments and buying processes that extend across Compliance, Lending, Risk, IT, Security, Procurement, Legal and executive leadership.

Role Overview

This is a strategic new-logo role with responsibility for a defined portfolio of high-value accounts. You will determine where RiskExec has the strongest right to win, build relationships across those institutions, create opportunities where none exist today and orchestrate complex evaluations from first engagement through signature.

This is not an inbound order-taking role, and it is not a volume-prospecting role with a larger quota.

You are expected to combine account strategy, executive-level selling, regulatory credibility, disciplined deal management and persistent pipeline creation.

As RiskExec expands its AI-native capabilities, including Integrity, you will also help sophisticated financial institutions understand where AI can improve compliance workflows while maintaining appropriate human judgment, governance and control.

We are currently considering remote candidates based in Eastern and Central time zones.

What You Will Own

Enterprise new ARR. You are accountable for winning new strategic customers and delivering your annual bookings commitment.

Named-account strategy. For each priority institution, you will develop a clear view of organizational structure, business priorities, regulatory pressures, incumbent solutions, competitive position, relevant stakeholders and realistic paths to entry.

Pipeline creation within your portfolio. BDR, Marketing and executive resources will support you; responsibility for creating enough enterprise pipeline to make the territory successful remains yours.

Complex deal orchestration. You own the opportunity from initial engagement through discovery, evaluation, security and diligence processes, business case, procurement, negotiation and signature.

Executive and multi-threaded relationships. You will build relationships beyond a single champion and engage compliance executives, business leaders, technology stakeholders and economic buyers at the appropriate stages of the process.

Strategic platform selling. You will position RiskExec as a platform rather than a collection of isolated modules, connecting HMDA, CRA, Fair Lending, Redlining, Fair Servicing and AI-enabled capabilities to the institution's broader operating priorities.

Commercial strategy and negotiation. You will make thoughtful decisions about packaging, sequencing, stakeholder engagement and use of internal resources while protecting long-term account value.

Pipeline and forecast data in HubSpot. Opportunity structure, stakeholder maps, next steps and close dates live in HubSpot and stay current. A forecast is only as credible as the record behind it.

Customer Success owns implementation, adoption and account health following handoff. You will remain strategically involved where executive relationships, expansion strategy or commercial action requires it.

Selling Integrity, RiskExec's AI-Native Module

Enterprise institutions will scrutinize Integrity harder than any other part of the platform, and that scrutiny will come from Risk, Legal, IT and Security rather than from your compliance champion. You own that conversation in the deal.

Develop a working command of what Integrity does, what data it uses, how its outputs are produced and where human review sits. No AI or ML background is required, and claiming more technical depth than you have will cost you credibility with the people who evaluate it.

Position Integrity inside the platform conversation rather than as a standalone product, connecting it to the institution's existing HMDA, CRA, Fair Lending and Redlining work and to the compliance capacity a lean team is trying to protect.

Carry Integrity through model risk management and third-party AI governance diligence. Larger institutions increasingly run this as a formal review track, and it will slow or stop a deal if you are not prepared for it.

Answer practical questions on data handling, explainability and human review points in front of technical and legal stakeholders. Route anything that requires a definitive commitment to Product or Legal rather than improvising an answer under pressure.

Bring what you hear back to Product. Enterprise objections to Integrity are the earliest signal of what the module needs next.

How You Will Drive Impact

Enterprise productivity comes from focus. Your job is not to treat every institution in your portfolio equally. You will segment your portfolio, concentrate company resources on accounts with meaningful potential and pursue them with a deliberate point of view.

You will:

Performance will be measured by enterprise ARR, quota attainment, qualified pipeline, strategic account penetration, conversion, forecast accuracy and the quality and durability of new customer relationships.

Cross-Functional and Executive Interfaces

You will work closely with:

BDR: You set account priorities and penetration strategy; BDR resources extend your coverage and execution.

Marketing: You partner on account-based campaigns, executive programs, events and regulatory narratives that create access to priority institutions.

Product and Solutions: You bring them into opportunities where product depth, regulatory expertise, data architecture or AI capabilities materially influence the outcome.

Security and Legal: You coordinate customer diligence and contracting while maintaining clear commercial ownership.

Customer Success: You establish a disciplined handoff and remain involved in strategic commercial opportunities without taking over account-management responsibility.

Executive Leadership: You use CEO, President and executive relationships selectively to advance strategic opportunities and deepen RiskExec's position in major accounts.

Enterprise sellers at RiskExec are expected to use internal resources deliberately. Escalating everything is not enterprise selling; knowing when senior involvement changes the outcome is.

Traits That Win at RiskExec

You think in accounts, not leads. You understand how organizations make decisions and how influence moves through them.

You create demand. You can build an opportunity before a formal buying process exists.

You are patient without being passive. Enterprise cycles take time; enterprise sellers still create momentum every week.

You are credible with executives and practitioners. You can move between strategy and operating detail without pretending to know what you do not know.

You protect company resources. You know which deals deserve executive, technical and product investment.

You use AI as leverage. Better intelligence and preparation should translate into higher-quality selling, not simply more automated activity.

You forecast with integrity. You distinguish what you want to happen from what the evidence says will happen.

You own the number. Territory, pipeline, deal execution and results are ultimately your responsibility.

Compensation and Benefits

A competitive compensation package with a 50/50 base and variable split, plus benefits including group health, dental and vision plans and a 401(k) with company match.

Why this Role Matters

Enterprise growth is strategically important to RiskExec.

Larger institutions create substantial revenue opportunity, expand the platform's market position and pressure-test RiskExec against the most demanding regulatory, technical and operational requirements in financial services.

The strongest Enterprise AE will do more than close several large transactions. You will help RiskExec establish durable executive relationships with major institutions, expand adoption of our platform and AI capabilities, and build a repeatable model for winning complex enterprise business.

RiskExec is a private-equity-backed software company with high expectations for growth, efficiency and execution. The opportunity is substantial, but so is the accountability.

RiskExec's Core Values

We Put Clients First: We earn trust through responsiveness, expertise and a focus on meaningful customer outcomes.

We Innovate With Purpose: We apply technology, including AI, to real customer problems rather than innovation for its own sake.

We Are Fast: We move with urgency and precision.

We Act With Integrity: We tell the truth, make responsible commitments and protect the trust our customers place in us.

We Succeed Together: We operate as one company and solve problems across functional boundaries.

We Grow as a Team: We learn quickly, address issues directly and improve the system rather than assigning blame.
