Role Overview
We are seeking a driven Enterprise Account Executive to own and grow our Real Estate vertical. In this role, you will expand existing accounts and win new logos by building trusted relationships with C-suite leaders at real estate enterprises. You will position our full technology services portfolio (AI, cloud, data, digital engineering, and managed services) to solve complex business challenges. What You'll Do

Own and grow the Real Estate vertical by expanding existing client accounts and prospecting for new logos.
Build and nurture relationships with C-suite decision-makers, including CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and CMOs, at real estate enterprises.
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across our full-service stack, including AI, cloud, data, digital engineering, and managed services.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, and close.
Represent the company at real estate industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and account planning in the CRM.
Collaborate with delivery and solutions teams to shape tailored proposals that align with client business objectives.

Required Qualifications

Proven enterprise sales experience in technology services, such as IT services, digital engineering, consulting, or managed services (software/SaaS-only backgrounds will not be considered).
Strong hunter mindset with the ability to build pipeline independently and open doors without relying on an existing book of business.
Confidence leading consultative, value-based conversations with C-suite stakeholders.
Demonstrated success closing complex, long-cycle enterprise deals.
Authorization to work in the United States (required; sponsorship is not available).
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
Must be based on the US East Coast.

Nice to Have

Experience selling technology or consulting services into real estate organizations, such as owners, operators, developers, investment managers, brokerages, or property management companies.
Familiarity with the real estate technology ecosystem, including Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, EliseAI, or similar proptech platforms.
