About the role
We're looking for an experienced, motivated Enterprise Account Executive to drive ElevenLabs' growth across Financial Services: the banks, insurers, lenders, and payments companies people trust with their money, their families, and their futures. These institutions win or lose on trust and service at massive scale, under some of the most demanding regulatory standards anywhere. Their customers increasingly expect to talk, not type, whether they're checking a balance, disputing a charge, filing a claim, or asking about a loan.
Our ideal candidate is passionate about the transformative possibilities of AI voice technology and eager to act as a strategic partner, helping Fortune 500 and large-scale financial institutions reimagine how they serve, sell to, and sound to their customers, safely and at scale.
In this role you will:
Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across banking, insurance, lending and payments, and wealth and asset management to help ElevenLabs meet its revenue goals
Identify opportunities where conversational AI can drive growth, automation, or cost efficiency in both customer-facing and internal agentic workflows. Our public use cases include account inquiries, payment support, fraud triage, loan origination, claims processing, collections, and compliance verification. Others include caller verification, onboarding, policy servicing and renewals, contact center coaching, and brand voice across marketing and localization
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, build-vs-buy dynamics, and emerging trends in AI governance and model risk
Demonstrate expertise, or a strong willingness to learn, about how ElevenLabs' voice technology unlocks value across customer support, virtual agents, in-app assistants, and creative content
Develop and execute account strategies across the whole buying group (CX and Contact Center Operations, Digital and Product, Technology, and Risk, Compliance, Legal, and InfoSec), landing with one high-impact use case and expanding across lines of business, brands, and markets
Partner closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to solution high-impact use cases, manage a successful Proof of Value with end customers, guide them through model-risk, security, and architecture review, and set them up to scale successfully in production
Serve as a trusted advisor, educating clients on generative AI and voice, and help shape the Financial Services playbook: ICP, messaging, and references
Requirements
7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms
Experience selling to financial services institutions (banks, insurers, lenders, fintech and payments) is a strong plus
Proven success closing seven-figure deals and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Experience selling to both technical buyers (product and engineering) and business buyers (CX, operations, digital), and to risk and compliance gatekeepers, translating complex technology into business value
Adept at deeply understanding a customer's business and unique requirements for success, and translating ElevenLabs' capabilities into solutions that deliver against their needs
Proficient in enterprise procurement, security review, and legal processes, including regulated-industry vendor risk, model risk, and data protection reviews, with the ability to work autonomously and effectively as a cross-functional partner
Strong executive presence, the ability to build relationships at the C-suite and board level, and willingness to travel frequently and proactively for onsite client visits and conferences
Comfort in an early-stage, high-growth environment, where ambiguity is the norm and the state of play changes rapidly
Passion for voice and audio AI and how it can unlock transformative value for customers
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in the United States, however the ability to operate in EST, CST, or PST timezones is required. There is a preference for candidates to be based in New York or San Francisco, with the option to work out of our office.
