EAP and BH benefit consultants with 5+ years. Former Lyra, Modern Health, Spring Health, Talkspace operators welcome. CEBS or SHRM-CP plus BH credential preferred.

Design employee mental health programs
EAP architecture and vendor evaluation
Benefit utilization analysis and ROI reporting
Mental health benefit RFP support
Compliance against mental health parity rules

Engagement structure

$0 retained. $100-175/hr engaged. Alternate: $2-5K/mo retainer per managed client. Referral fee on sourced clients.
