Role and Responsibilities:

• Product Management: Upload, update, and manage product listings on various platforms.
• Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service through various channels (email, chat, etc.).
• Order Processing: Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.
• Administrative Tasks: Assist with general administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an E-Commerce Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order processing systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
