Job Summary

DysrupIT is hiring a techno-functional Dynamics CRM Developer to design, build and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, with a strong focus on Customer Insights – Journeys. You will sit between business stakeholders and the technical team: gathering requirements, configuring the platform, writing custom code where configuration falls short, and owning delivery end to end.

You will work with marketing, sales and service teams to turn customer data into personalised, automated journeys that drive engagement and measurable results.

Job Responsibilities

Functional

• Run requirement workshops with business users and translate needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Map business processes and propose solutions that use out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 features before custom development.
• Prepare solution design documents, user stories and test cases; support UAT and user training.
• Act as the main point of contact for CRM-related questions from marketing, sales and service teams.

Technical

• Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CE: entities/tables, forms, views, business rules, security roles and model-driven apps.
• Develop plugins and custom workflow activities in C#/.NET, and client-side scripts in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Build automations with Power Automate and extend solutions with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Dataverse).
• Build and maintain integrations using the Dataverse Web API, Azure services and middleware.
• Manage solutions, environments and deployments through ALM practices and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar).

Customer Insights – Journeys

• Design, build and optimise real-time customer journeys, including triggers, branching, segments and personalisation.
• Create and manage email, SMS and push templates, marketing forms, event management and consent/compliance settings.
• Configure segments and lead scoring, and connect Journeys with Customer Insights – Data where applicable.
• Track journey performance and analytics, and recommend improvements to campaign effectiveness.
• Support migration from outbound marketing to real-time journeys where needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM in a techno-functional role.
• Practical, project-based experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys (real-time journeys).
• Strong skills in C#/.NET plugin development, JavaScript and the Dataverse Web API.
• Solid knowledge of Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Experience with solution management, environment strategy and deployment practices.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, write clear documentation and present solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Good understanding of marketing processes such as lead management, segmentation, consent and email deliverability.
• Excellent written and spoken English, and the discipline to work independently in a remote setup.
• Available to join within 30 days.

Nice to Have

• Microsoft certifications such as PL-200 (Power Platform Functional Consultant), PL-400 (Power Platform Developer) or MB-220 (Customer Insights – Journeys Functional Consultant).
• Experience with Customer Insights – Data (customer data platform) and unified customer profiles.
• Exposure to Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus or Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Knowledge of PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) controls and Power Pages.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales or Customer Service modules.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
