About the Role
We are looking for a commercially driven Drone Partnerships & Sales Development Representative to grow Inspekt AI's global Drone Pilot Network and develop new inspection opportunities through relationships with drone professionals and companies.
This is a hybrid partner acquisition and sales development role.
You will identify, engage, and qualify professional drone pilots and drone companies worldwide, building a reliable network capable of supporting Inspekt AI inspection projects across multiple markets.
The role also has a strong commercial component. Drone professionals often have established relationships with building owners, property managers, construction companies, engineering firms, and other organizations requiring inspection services. You will identify these opportunities, develop the commercial relationship, and help convert them into inspection projects for Inspekt AI.
The mission is simple: build the network, develop strong partnerships, and turn those relationships into both operational coverage and commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify professional drone pilots, operators, and drone service companies across international markets.
Conduct targeted outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, phone, referrals, industry networks, and other relevant channels.
Qualify potential partners based on location, equipment, certifications, insurance, inspection experience, operational capabilities, permitting knowledge, and suitability for Inspekt AI projects.
Conduct qualification and discovery meetings confidently and independently.
Clearly communicate Inspekt AI's technology, inspection services, Drone Pilot Network, and partnership opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with drone pilots, company owners, and strategic partners.
Understand each partner's business, client portfolio, geographic coverage, services, and commercial potential.
Identify partners whose existing client relationships could generate new inspection projects for Inspekt AI.
Proactively develop commercial opportunities originating from the Drone Pilot Network.
Understand and communicate different collaboration models, including operational partnerships, pilot-led client opportunities, referrals, and broader commercial partnerships.
Maintain consistent follow-up across both partner acquisition and commercial opportunities.
Maintain accurate CRM records, qualification information, pipeline stages, commercial opportunities, and next actions.
Identify geographic coverage gaps and proactively develop the network in priority markets.
Represent Inspekt AI professionally and credibly in conversations with individual operators, company owners, executives, and potential commercial partners.
Take ownership of results and progressively operate with limited supervision.
Requirements & Experience
3+ years of professional experience in sales development, lead generation, business development, partnerships, recruitment, partner acquisition, or another relevant outbound role.
Professional experience or demonstrated working knowledge of the drone industry is required.
Strong understanding of drone operations and the ability to discuss equipment, certifications, inspection applications, data capture, and operator capabilities confidently.
Experience conducting outbound prospecting, qualification or discovery calls, follow-ups, and relationship development.
Strong commercial instinct and ability to recognize potential business opportunities during partner conversations.
Ability to communicate effectively with individual drone pilots, company owners, senior decision-makers, and executives.
Experience managing leads and opportunities through a structured CRM pipeline.
Familiarity with prospecting and CRM platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Attio, or similar tools.
Experience working across international markets is highly valued.
Experience in drone inspections, aerial imaging, surveying, photogrammetry, infrastructure, engineering, PropTech, ConTech, geospatial technology, or related technical industries is highly valued.
Strong knowledge of a wide range of professional and enterprise drone platforms, manufacturers, technologies, and capabilities, with the ability to assess different systems and their suitability for specific operational and inspection requirements.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, follow through consistently, and take ownership of outcomes in a fully remote environment.
Languages
English: Full professional fluency in spoken and written English is required and will be the primary working language.
Spanish: Professional proficiency is highly valued.
French: Professional proficiency is highly valued.
Additional languages are an advantage given the international nature of the role.
