What The Role Involves: At Sprinto, partnerships are the backbone of our revenue strategy. As the Director of Strategic Alliances & Channel Partnerships, you will play a critical role in developing, managing, and scaling strategic relationships with key identified partners . Your primary objective? Fuel Sprinto’s growth by owning and driving 25% of the company's revenue. You’ll have the opportunity to build a high-performing ecosystem of partners and help Sprinto achieve success on a global scale.

Where you'll leave your mark?

• Build Sprinto's partner-led growth engine - Design the strategy, commercial models, and operating rhythm that transform partnerships into a predictable and meaningful revenue channel for the business.
• Create partnerships that compound - Identify, recruit, and grow relationships across MSPs, MSSPs, GSIs, consulting firms, and strategic technology partners—building an ecosystem that expands Sprinto's reach far beyond direct sales.
• Turn partnerships into revenue - Design joint go-to-market plans, co-selling motions, and commercial programs that consistently generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline across global markets.
• Build relationships that shape industries - Become a trusted advisor to founders, partner executives, and business leaders, creating long-term relationships that extend beyond individual opportunities.
• Build the team behind the ecosystem - Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing partnerships team while creating the processes, operating cadence, and culture that enable them to succeed.
• Shape how Sprinto grows - Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Solutions Engineering, and Leadership to ensure every strategic alliance creates value for customers, partners, and Sprinto alike.
• Create a channel that outlives you - Everything from partner segmentation and governance to enablement and business reviews will become the foundation Sprinto scales for years to come.

• You've spent 8–12 years building strategic partnerships, alliances, or commercial businesses, and are excited by the opportunity to create a global revenue engine rather than simply manage existing relationships.
• You've built partnerships that generated measurable commercial outcomes—not just signed agreements. You think in pipeline, revenue, and long-term business value.
• You naturally earn the trust of founders, CXOs, and partner executives because you understand how to create outcomes where every stakeholder wins.
• You've built partner programs before—designing commercial models, joint go-to-market strategies, enablement, and governance that scaled with the business.
• You enjoy building teams as much as building partnerships. Hiring, coaching, and creating repeatable operating systems are all part of how you think about leadership.
• You think strategically but execute relentlessly. Whether it's negotiating a complex alliance, reviewing partner performance, or solving cross-functional challenges, you're comfortable moving between vision and execution.
• You're curious about technology and understand how integrations, APIs, and ecosystem partnerships can become meaningful competitive advantages—not just technical projects.
