Position Overview:
Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever are seeking a Director of Planned Giving to help build and lead a comprehensive planned giving program. This individual will identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors capable of making bequests, trusts, gift annuities, beneficiary designations, and other deferred gifts that advance the organizations' mission of conserving pheasants, quail, and other wildlife through habitat improvement, public access, education, and conservation advocacy.

The Director will work closely with the philanthropy team, development officers, and volunteers to grow a pipeline of legacy commitments, while also managing an existing portfolio of planned giving prospects and donors. This is a high-visibility role for a relationship-driven fundraiser who wants to combine technical gift planning expertise with a genuine passion for conservation.

Responsibilities and Expectations:Minimum Qualifications:Compensation and Location: Competitive salary ($85,000-125,000) commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus benefits. PF offers an exceptional benefit package. Location negotiable within the U.S.
