The Role

We’re looking for someone with a rare combination of experience: established knowledge of the clinical trial buyer market and the ability to build and manage a high-volume publisher network.

Our goal is to expand the clinical trial side of our business by developing new relationships with clinical trial buyers while building an affiliate network. You’ll also help monetize traffic from our internally owned clinical trial sites.

This is not solely an account management or affiliate network role. You’ll own both sides of the marketplace—bringing in advertiser demand and developing the publisher relationships needed to deliver qualified volume.

What You’ll Own

• Find and develop relationships with clinical trial buyers, patient recruitment companies, and other relevant advertisers
• Take over and grow existing clinical trial buyer accounts
• Recruit and manage high-volume publishers
• Match advertiser demand with the right internal and external traffic
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and negotiation through launch
• Set up offers, pricing, targeting, caps, tracking, and reporting
• Monitor lead volume, quality, acceptance rates, revenue, and margins
• Work with buyers and publishers to improve performance and scale campaigns
• Reconcile final numbers and investigate reporting discrepancies
• Provide accurate monthly totals and supporting information to accounting
• Attend trade shows, develop industry relationships, and actively hunt for new business

Your First 90 Days

Success looks like:

• Learning our clinical trial sites, offers, tracking, and revenue model
• Taking ownership of existing buyer relationships
• Building a qualified pipeline of new clinical trial buyers
• Identifying and onboarding high-volume publisher opportunities
• Launching at least one new buyer, publisher, or campaign
• Creating a clear plan for expanding the network and growing revenue

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Direct experience working with clinical trial buyers or patient recruitment campaigns
• Experience building or managing advertiser and publisher relationships within a performance marketing network
• A strong understanding of both sides of the business: acquiring advertiser demand and sourcing publisher traffic
• Existing relationships or demonstrated success developing business in the clinical trial market
• Experience working with high-volume publishers and advertisers
• Ability to manage the complete sales and account lifecycle
• Understanding of lead pricing, quality, acceptance rates, margins, and campaign economics
• Working knowledge of offer setup, tracking links, pixels, postbacks, and performance reporting
• Experience reconciling advertiser and publisher numbers
• Strong sales ability, organization, communication, and follow-through
• Willingness to attend conferences and trade shows
• Comfortable independently owning and expanding a network

Bonus Points

• An existing network of clinical trial buyers and publishers
• Experience with Everflow or similar tracking platforms
• Knowledge of clinical trial qualification, consent, and compliance requirements
• Experience monetizing traffic from owned-and-operated websites
• Experience supporting invoicing, collections, or monthly reconciliation

Why This Role Is Different

Most roles focus on either clinical trial business development or affiliate network management. This position combines both.

You’ll have the opportunity to bring new clinical trial buyers into the business, expand our publisher network, and manage the complete process from offer setup through performance and reconciliation. You’ll have direct access to backend data and work closely with our media buying, technology, and accounting teams.

This is an opportunity to take full ownership of a growing clinical trial network and directly influence its revenue and profitability.
