Centering Healthcare Institute (CHI) is a 25-year old 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to champion and advance the evidence-based Centering group model of care to transform how healthcare is practiced and experienced, empowering healthcare providers and patients to improve health outcomes. CHI partners with approximately 400+ provider organizations across the U.S. to implement and sustain its three Centering group models of care - CenteringPregnancy®, CenteringParenting ®, and CenteringHealthcare ®.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for the Director of Clinical Services is $120,000 to $125,000, based on the qualifications and years of relevant experience the selected candidate brings.

Position Summary

The Clinical Director serves as CHI's senior clinical leader and subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance, clinical consultation, quality oversight, and implementation support to healthcare partners. The ideal candidate is an experienced nurse leader, nurse practitioner, certified nurse midwife, Medicine or other licensed healthcare professional with expertise in maternal-child health, population health, healthcare transformation, and provider engagement.
