The Opportunity

As a Director of Business Development, AI & Digital Transformation, you'll be responsible for identifying business opportunities with your existing client relationships, building relationships with prospective clients, and supporting enterprise sales efforts across a rapidly growing market.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys prospecting, networking, consultative selling, and building strong customer relationships.

You'll work closely with company leadership, solution experts, and delivery teams to help organizations understand how Gradera can support their AI and transformation initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within your existing relationships

• Conduct outreach through networking, referrals, industry events, and other channels to identify new clients

• Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers

• Qualify opportunities and understand customer business challenges

• Schedule and support discovery meetings, demonstrations, and solution discussions

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop client-focused solutions

• Maintain pipeline activity and forecast accuracy within CRM systems

• Participate in industry events and market outreach activities

• Help grow Gradera's brand and presence in key markets

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of sales, business development, account executive, or client-facing experience

• Experience selling strategic consulting, enterprise solutions, AI-driven services, or related solutions and services

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to identify opportunities and generate new business

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized

• Comfortable working in a startup environment with evolving priorities

• Interest in AI, digital transformation, and emerging technologies

• Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously

Within your first 6 months, you'll:

• Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities

• Develop relationships with prospective enterprise customers

• Successfully support and advance sales opportunities

• Establish credibility as a trusted business partner

• Consistently achieve activity and pipeline goals
