The Role

We are looking for a Director of ABM and Campaigns to own how Doppel targets, engages, and converts our highest-value accounts. You will build and scale our account-based marketing and campaign program end to end: strategy, target account selection, cross-channel orchestration, and the pipeline math that proves it worked.

You will know the ABM playbook cold, and you will use AI to push our targeting, personalization, and measurement past what a typical program can deliver. You will partner closely with Sales, BDR, RevOps, and marketing teams to turn a defined list of accounts into qualified, ready-to-buy opportunities, and you will be the internal owner of what's working, what's not, and where the next step change in pipeline comes from.

What You Will Do

Own the strategy and execution of Doppel's ABM and campaign program, including segmentation, channel activation, and buying-committee mapping across sales and marketing.
Build integrated, multi-channel campaigns (includes direct mail, webinar, lifecycle…etc) that move target accounts through a defined engagement journey, from initial signal to closed-won.
Partner with RevOps to build and refine intent and signal models that sharpen account timing and prioritization, using AI to surface which accounts to engage and when.
Design and run structured measurement frameworks that connect ABM engagement to pipeline creation and revenue, at both the account and program level, with regular readouts for sales and executive stakeholders.
Partner with paid media, content, and brand to align creative, messaging, and targeting across every channel touching a target account, ensuring a consistent, personalized experience.
Continuously evolve the program's maturity, benchmarking Doppel's ABM approach against the market and identifying where AI and new tooling can unlock the next level of personalization and scale.

What We Are Looking For

8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a substantial track record in account-based marketing or campaigns at a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity company.
Deep operator-level expertise designing and running ABM programs across paid, email, and sales-led channels, including target account selection and buying-committee multithreading.
Demonstrated fluency with AI tools in a marketing context (AI-enabled workflow tools like Codex, Cowork, Clay, or similar) and a clear point of view on where AI delivers real leverage in ABM and campaigns.
An AI-forward operator, building workflows and automations that lift GTM team efficiency and support Doppel's ambitious revenue and pipeline targets.
A track record of owning pipeline outcomes, not just engagement metrics, with accountability for account-level and program-level results.
Proficient in HubSpot and Salesforce, comfortable building and interpreting account-level reporting and partnering with MOps and RevOps to maintain attribution integrity.
Sharp analytical instincts, with the ability to translate account and pipeline data into clear narratives and next steps for sales leadership and executives.
Experience running structured sales and marketing alignment motions, including account handoffs, rep-level engagement tracking, and feedback loops.
Self-starter mindset, comfortable owning a function end to end in a fast-moving environment.
Bonus: experience marketing to security or technical buyers, people management experience, and/or experience building custom GPTs, automations, or AI agents to streamline campaign workflows.
