✍ Short Description:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will have a hands-on execution role, supporting integrated digital marketing initiatives across multiple client accounts, with a strong focus on email marketing, PPC, and paid social, particularly LinkedIn and Meta. The role manages campaign setup, execution, optimization, QA, reporting, and performance monitoring while supporting other digital channels as needed. Success requires strong platform execution, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.

💼 Responsibilities:

• Execute, manage, and optimize email marketing, PPC, and paid social campaigns across assigned client accounts, with particular focus on LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads.

• Build and launch campaigns, including setup, audiences, creative and copy implementation, budgets, scheduling, QA, tracking, and performance monitoring.

• Manage email campaigns from segmentation and setup through testing, deployment, and performance monitoring.

• Monitor paid search and paid social performance, budget pacing, campaign health, and key metrics to identify optimization opportunities and issues.

• Conduct QA across campaign setup, tracking, reporting, creative, content, and other deliverables before launch or delivery.

• Develop and maintain performance reporting, translating campaign results and trends into insights, recommendations, and next steps.

• Coordinate with Client Services, creative, content, analytics, and MarTech teams to keep campaigns and deliverables accurate and on schedule.

• Support additional digital marketing initiatives across SEO, organic social, programmatic, content, analytics, tagging, and light creative support as needed.

💡 Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency environment.

• Strong hands-on experience across email marketing, PPC/paid search, and paid social, particularly LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads.

• Experience with email marketing platforms, including segmentation, campaign setup, testing, scheduling, and performance monitoring.

• Experience with PPC platforms such as Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, budget monitoring, and performance analysis.

• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, reporting platforms, CRM and marketing automation platforms, and project management tools. HubSpot is strongly preferred.

• Experience managing multiple clients, campaigns, projects, and timelines simultaneously.

• Basic familiarity with creative and content tools such as Figma, Canva, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into clear insights, recommendations, and next steps.
