Neptune Retail Solutions is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Digital Incentives Growth Executive to accelerate new advertiser acquisition and revenue growth across our Digital Incentives network.

This is a dedicated hunter role focused on identifying, prospecting and converting new business opportunities, including previously active advertisers, competitive accounts and brands not currently utilizing Neptune’s Digital Incentives network.

The position is primarily an inside sales role, with prospecting, client meetings and deal development conducted through email, phone and Zoom rather than frequent in-person travel.

The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, comfortable with high-volume outreach, motivated by measurable sales results and capable of moving opportunities from initial contact through close.

Key Responsibilities

•  Prospect and acquire new CPG advertisers across multiple categories, with a focus on lapsed, white-space and competitive opportunities.
•  Develop and execute consistent outbound sales activity through email, phone and Zoom.
•  Research prospective advertisers, identify decision-makers and establish new client relationships.
•  Leverage internal sales data, historical program performance and market insights to identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities.
•  Present Neptune’s Digital Incentives capabilities and develop tailored recommendations aligned with advertiser objectives.
•  Identify opportunities to incorporate Connected Shelf and additional Neptune capabilities into proposed programs.
•  Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery through proposal, negotiation and close.
•  Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified opportunities, with clear next steps and accurate CRM reporting.
•  Collaborate with internal sales, analytics, operations and client service teams to support program development and execution.
•  Consistently achieve monthly goals for new advertiser acquisition, offer growth and revenue generation.

Qualifications

Required

•  Experience in inside sales, business development, outbound prospecting or a related commercial role.
•  Demonstrated ability to generate leads, secure meetings and close new business.
•  Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly through email, phone and virtual presentations.
•  Self-starter with a high level of personal accountability, persistence and sense of urgency.
•  Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prospects and opportunities simultaneously.
•  Comfortable using CRM platforms, Microsoft Office and virtual meeting tools.
•  Ability to work independently in a remote, performance-driven environment.

Preferred

•  Experience in CPG, retail media, digital coupons, promotions, shopper marketing or digital advertising.
•  Familiarity with digital incentives, coupon activation/redemption metrics and promotional measurement.
•  Experience leveraging sales insights, Circana/Nielsen data or other analytics to develop client recommendations.
•  Existing knowledge of CPG advertiser organizations and decision-makers.

•  Strong outbound prospecting activity and qualified pipeline development.
•  Conversion of lapsed and white-space opportunities into active programs.
•  Growth in Digital Incentives and Connected Shelf revenue.
