Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Analytics Business Analyst & Consultant to act as a strategic, client-facing partner, translating business goals, customer needs, and performance data into clear analytics strategies, requirements, insights, and recommendations.

This role combines consulting, business analysis, and data interpretation. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, lead discovery and requirements gathering, analyze data to identify meaningful insights, and connect business and technical teams around practical, outcome-focused solutions.

Deep technical implementation expertise is not required, but the candidate should be comfortable working with data, familiar with digital analytics and visualization platforms, quick to learn new tools, and able to translate complex analytical and technical concepts into clear business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, connecting analytics capabilities with business, marketing, customer experience, and digital transformation goals.
Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements-gathering activities to identify business needs, risks, dependencies, and opportunities.
Analyze digital, marketing, customer journey, and performance data to identify trends, gaps, patterns, and actionable insights.
Translate business objectives into measurement frameworks, use cases, KPIs, reporting requirements, and solution recommendations.
Evaluate data quality, tracking issues, reporting gaps, and available evidence before making recommendations.
Create and interpret reports, dashboards, visualizations, and client-ready documentation that make complex information easy to understand and act on.
Partner with analytics engineers, developers, solution architects, marketers, and subject matter experts to translate business needs into practical data collection, tagging, reporting, and measurement solutions.
Communicate findings, options, trade-offs, risks, and next steps clearly to business, technical, and executive audiences.

Required Qualifications

Experience in business analysis, digital analytics, marketing analytics, analytics consulting, customer experience, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
Experience using data to answer business questions and support strategic or operational decisions.
Familiarity with digital analytics, reporting, visualization, tag management, experimentation, personalization, or customer data platform concepts and tools, such as Adobe Analytics, GA4, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, Adobe Data Collection, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Target, Optimizely, Adobe Real-Time CDP, Tealium, or similar platforms.
Strong client-facing, presentation, facilitation, requirements-gathering, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to translate complex business, analytical, and technical concepts into clear recommendations and practical next steps.
Critical thinker with intellectual curiosity, creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to challenge assumptions.
Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar tools, industries, concepts, and client environments.
Adaptability in changing environments, shifting priorities, emerging technologies, and situations where information may be incomplete.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a clear focus on business outcomes.
Advanced / Fluent English is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, GA4, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Analytics Workspace, Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or similar platforms.
Experience supporting digital transformation, customer journey optimization, marketing effectiveness, measurement, experimentation, personalization, or analytics adoption initiatives.
Consulting experience in an agency, professional services, or client-facing environment.
Experience presenting analytical findings and strategic recommendations to clients or executive leadership.
Familiarity with consent management platforms such as OneTrust, Cookiebot, TrustArc, or Usercentrics.
