Your Role:
We are seeking AI enthusiasts, backend engineers, full stack engineers, front end designers, application developers, machine learning engineers, data scientists / data analysts, and platform administrators.
As a FoxTrot team member, you'll deploy your expertise as a crucial member of the customer's implementation team for Palantir Foundry. From Ontology to data analytics, application development, and data quality, you'll optimize the customer's use of Foundry, gaining exposure to the entirety of this powerful platform.
Responsibilities:
Dynamic Environment: Thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment, handling stretch assignments and multiple tasks simultaneously.
Expert Application: Apply your expert understanding of Ontology, data integration, model development, and more to determine the best integration path for Palantir platform and various data sources.
Platform Governance: Establish and maintain platform governance standards, SOPs, architecture documentation, and customer-facing knowledge articles.
Consultation and Support: Provide platform-level consultation to customers, assisting them in adopting platform capabilities and best practices to support their business needs.
Innovation: Identify platform issues, trends, and recommend improvements to drive innovation and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business or equivalent professional experience.
Skills:
Knowledge of data science principles; working with Python, R, Bash, Go, HTML, CSS, Java, Javascript; cloud computing.
- Confidence in troubleshooting complex systems issues independently using observability tools and service logs.
- Ability to identify and automate highly manual tasks, driving ongoing improvements within and across teams.
- Comfort with large scale production systems and technologies - for example, load balancing, monitoring, distributed systems, or configuration management.
- Self-Starter: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively; staying motivated in an ambiguous environment.
- Eligibility: US Citizen or green card holder.
Preferred Experience:
- Advanced Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
- Professional Experience: 2+ years of professional experience. Experience using Palantir Foundry.
- Proactive Nature: Demonstrated ability to take ownership, resolve issues, and bridge gaps proactively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication/presentation skills.
- Training: Formal training or certifications in large software platforms is desirable.

Our training is the only source of up-to-date Palantir Foundry capabilities outside of Palantir itself. We provide former Palantir employees as coaches and mentors as resources for you.
Your Role
Once trained by our expert educator, you will deploy to work as a member of the customer’s implementation team for Palantir Foundry. You will be working with the customer to optimize their use of Foundry which could include work across the entirety of the platform including Ontology, data integration, model development, model integration, data analytics, application development and data quality.
We match your skill set to the customer’s requirements to maximize value to the customer and to you. You may be required to travel to be on-site with the customer.
Responsibilities
The role is dynamic and will require a candidate that is able to work productively and efficiently in a team-oriented environment, is open to stretch assignments, and can handle a variety of tasks simultaneously. Specific responsibilities will be defined upon placement with your customer, but will likely include some or all of the following:
- Apply the expert understanding of Ontology, data integration, models integration, analytics, application frameworks and integrations to determine appropriate integration path for Palantir platform and various sources of data
- Apply expertise and knowledge of the Palantir Foundry platform to manage the portfolio of applications to ensure application architecture is aligned with current and future needs
- Establish and maintain the platform governance and management standards and SOPs, architecture documentation, platform release notes, and customer-facing knowledge articles
- Provide platform level consultation and assist customers with the adoption of the platform capabilities and best practices to support their business needs and processes
- Coordinate with internal customer stakeholders for knowledge sharing and system and data integration as needed
- Identify platform issues or trends and offer recommendations for improvement and resolution
- Develop and manage data integrations, APIs, and connectors to support solution creation
- Establish IT best practices, reusable components, and accelerators to increase velocity and quality of the implementation activities
- Leverage and expand the customer's implementation of Palantir Foundry Platform
- Work closely with other SaaS platforms such as Github, M365, or Atlassian tool suite as needed
- Service center management for Foundry and service management process implementation and governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business.
- Knowledge of data science principles
- Working knowledge of data science languages such as Python, R
- Working knowledge of cloud computing
- US Citizen or green card holder

- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business.
- 2+ years of professional experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop an understanding of client business processes and technical requirements and translate them into specific solution requirements
