To continue this growth, the Growth & Demand Generation team is looking for a Demand Generation & Field Marketing Manager to own the campaigns and programs that turn pipeline targets into booked opportunities, from always-on digital demand gen to the small, bespoke events and non-digital programs that bring our account-based marketing (ABM) strategy to life in person.

The team you will join

You'll join a small, remote-first demand generation team that owns pipeline generation across digital campaigns, ABM, and event programs for CARTO's core verticals, including insurance, public sector, and telecom.

Location

This is a remote position open to candidates based in Spain or Argentina.

You will

• In coordination with the team, plan and execute integrated demand generation campaigns (email, paid, content syndication) that build pipeline against our target verticals and accounts
• Own the small, bespoke in-person events that bring our ABM program to life (workshops, roundtables, dinners, and sponsor activations), collaborating with our events manager from concept through on-site execution
• Design and run non-digital ABM tactics (direct mail, executive gifting, account-specific collateral) that complement our digital ABM plays
• Partner with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to identify target accounts, shape event guest lists, and turn event and field engagement into qualified pipeline
• Partner with our events manager to manage vendors, venues, and budgets for events end-to-end
• Build and maintain campaign and event tracking in HubSpot and Salesforce, reporting performance against pipeline and revenue goals
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team on messaging, content, and creative for campaigns and events
• Look for opportunities to use AI tools to speed up campaign builds, reporting, and event logistics
• Travel occasionally, roughly twice a year, to support on-site event execution

You offer

• 4+ years of experience in demand generation, field marketing, or event marketing, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
• Experience planning and running small-to-mid scale in-person events (workshops, roundtables, dinners) end-to-end
• Familiarity with account-based marketing and how field and event programs support an ABM motion
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce, or comparable marketing automation and CRM platforms
• Strong project management skills, comfortable juggling multiple campaigns and events against competing deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing stakeholders across time zones
• A data-driven mindset, comfortable reporting on pipeline impact rather than just activity
• AI fluency in the operational management of campaigns and events
