Deal Sourcing Partner AI, Healthcare & MedTech

Avertis Group is expanding its activities in Healthcare and MedTech and is looking for an experienced and well-connected Deal Sourcing Partner. The ideal candidate has direct relationships with founders, CEOs, investors and senior decision-makers and can identify companies and financing opportunities that could develop into Advisory or Capital Raising mandates. Focus: investment or financing requirements from EUR 2 million+.

Tasks

• Identify potential AI, Healthcare and MedTech companies with financing or strategic capital needs
• Leverage your existing network to generate qualified deal opportunities
• Identify companies currently raising capital or preparing for growth, expansion or strategic transactions
• Establish warm introductions to founders, CEOs, CFOs and other senior decision-makers
• Initially qualify opportunities regarding financing requirements, company stage and mandate potential
• Identify potential Fundraising, Capital Raising, M&A and Strategic Advisory mandates
• Build and maintain a high-quality Healthcare & MedTech deal pipeline
• Work closely with Avertis Group to evaluate and develop qualified opportunities
• Where appropriate, support opportunities through to mandate acquisition

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Deal Sourcing, Equity Sales, Business Development, Fundraising, M&A, Investment, Corporate Finance or Advisory with a specific focus on Healthcare, MedTech, HealthTech, Life Sciences, Biotech, Diagnostics or Medical Devices.
• An established, verifiable and currently active network within the sector, with direct access to founders, CEOs, executives, investors or other relevant decision-makers. This access is the central requirement of the role
• A demonstrable track record of originating, supporting or executing transactions, mandates or capital raises evidenced by an anonymised deal sheet or transaction overview
  Established and verifiable network within Healthcare, MedTech, HealthTech, Life Sciences or Medical Devices
• Direct access to founders, CEOs, executives, investors or relevant decision-makers
• Experience in Deal Sourcing, Business Development, Fundraising, M&A, Investment, Corporate Finance or Advisory
• Strong understanding of financing and investment processes
• Entrepreneurial, independent and results-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to identify and qualify high-value opportunities
• Proven ability to generate or access opportunities with EUR 2 million+ financing/investment potential is a strong advantage
