Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Preparing and sorting documents for data entry;
- Entering data into the company database and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted;
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents;
- Update existing data;
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents;
- Full proficiency in English;
- Prior experience in data entry;
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation;
- Attention to detail;
- Familiarity with administrative duties;
