Role Summary

As a Customer Success Manager, you are the main point of contact for our installer partners in Poland. You drive successful onboarding, strong adoption and long-term customer satisfaction. You work closely with installers, understand their real-world challenges and help them embed Greensketch into their daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and map potential solar installer partners in Spain, understand their needs and workflows, and build relationships to support regional growth.
• Onboard new installation partners and guide them through their first projects using GreenSketch.
• Drive product adoption and help installers integrate GreenSketch into their daily planning, ordering and documentation workflows.
• Act as a trusted advisor to installer partners, helping them realise product value, resolve challenges and achieve long-term success.
• Provide insights and recommendations on regional go-to-market strategies, customer segments, acquisition channels, partnerships and product positioning.
• Gather customer feedback, identify recurring pain points and collaborate with Product, Development and Support teams to inform product improvements.
• Conduct product demos, training sessions and customer meetings to build awareness and engagement.
• Monitor customer activity, proactively address adoption barriers and identify opportunities to deepen product usage and strengthen customer relationships.
• Work closely with internal teams to align regional customer needs with product priorities and broader business objectives.

Key Deliverables / KPIs

• Installer Onboarding at Scale Deliverable: Enable small and medium-sized installation companies to start working productively with Greensketch without friction or hand-holding. KPI: % of new installers completing onboarding and finishing their first real project within 30–45 days
• Fast and Visible Installer Value Deliverable: Ensure installers experience clear operational value from Greensketch early in their usage. KPI: Median time-to-first-completed project after account creation
• Daily Operational Usage Deliverable: Embed Greensketch into the installer’s day-to-day planning and administrative workflows. KPI: % of active installers running multiple projects per month in Greensketch
• Sustainable Long-Term Adoption Deliverable: Build trust and long-term usage among installer partners in a non-contractual environment. KPI: 6-month active installer retention rate (continued project activity)

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Degree, vocational qualification or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in customer success, account management, business development or a similar customer-facing role within a technology or B2B SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with the Spanish solar market, including installer networks, customer needs and industry dynamics.
• Experience working with technology products, with the ability to understand user workflows, demonstrate product capabilities and translate customer needs into actionable feedback.
• Ability to identify potential customers and partners, assess market opportunities and contribute to regional go-to-market planning.

·Fluency in Polish and English, with the ability to engage effectively with local installers and internal global teams.

Skills & Competencies

• Technical skills: able to confidently use web-based SaaS tools and understand solar PV planning data project structures and documentation at a practical level.
• Functional expertise: experienced in onboarding and enabling small and medium-sized customers to adopt a product and integrate it into their daily operational workflows.
• Product-oriented mindset : with an ability to understand and explain technology solutions.
• Behavioural competencies: builds trust through clear honest communication takes ownership of customer outcomes and works pragmatically in a fast-moving startup environment.

Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have

·Experience onboarding customers to complex B2B SaaS.

·Hands-on experience with solar installer workflows.

Travel Requirements

Willingness to travel within Poland as required for customer meetings, installer engagement, market development and industry events.
