More than 700 paying customers use Nango today, including ServiceNow, Monday, Replit, Ramp. We are a YC-backed team of 14 from AWS, GitHub, Okta, Snyk, Netlify, Uber, Samsara, Workato, and other leading developer-tool companies.

We are hiring a Founding Customer Success Manager to help our customers succeed and grow with Nango. You will build our customer success function, working closely with our largest accounts while developing ways to support our broader customer base. You’ll own renewals, uncover new use cases, and work directly with the founders.

What You’ll Do

Build lasting relationships with developers, product leaders, and decision-makers at our largest customers.
Understand what customers are building and help them get more value from Nango.
Discover new use cases, teams, and integrations that drive account expansion.
Own renewals and expansion conversations, from planning through close.
Spot adoption gaps and risks early using product usage and customer conversations.
Partner with Engineering to resolve blockers and bring customer needs into the roadmap.
Build the playbooks and outreach that let us serve 700+ customers well.
Track customer health, retention, and growth as you build the function.

You have grown customer relationships at a developer tools, infrastructure, or technical SaaS company.
You have owned renewals and expansion, with results you can point to.
You are comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, and technical use cases with developers.
You build trust with both hands-on users and executive buyers.
You connect customer goals with product adoption and commercial opportunities.
You are organized, proactive, and thoughtful about where to spend your time.
You thrive when defining the playbook rather than following one.
