Customer Success Manager, Corporate

About the role:

Corporate Customer Success Managers are the reason PetDesk retains and grows its largest customer segment, protecting revenue across a portfolio of 500+ corporate accounts through proactive success management. This role builds and executes plans that drive adoption, monitors account health to proactively identify risk, and intervenes before issues threaten retention. The Corp CSM serves as the voice of the customer internally and among executive external leadership; they surface expansion opportunities, partner with Marketing to generate case studies and referrals, and drive enablement training that helps clinics realize the full value of the platform. As the primary relationship owner for their portfolio, the Corp CSM builds consultative, trusted-advisor relationships at the clinic and corporate level, delivers webinars and regional business reviews that translate account data into a clear value narrative, and manages a high volume of relationships with the rigor of a much smaller book. • Partner strategically with the Strategic Account Manager (SAM), corporate stakeholders, and clinic-level teams to drive retention and customer value

• Support corporate and regional initiatives, translate enterprise priorities into clinic-level action, using account health data to identify opportunities to strengthen adoption, engagement, and overall impact

• Surface expansion and upsell signals to the Strategic Account Manager team, directly contributing to revenue growth across your portfolio

• Partner with Marketing to develop case studies and generate referrals that fuel new business

• Design and deliver enablement training that turns product adoption into measurable clinic outcomes

• Identify at-risk accounts early and drive mitigation plans that protect retention before issues escalate to corporate leadership

• Represent the voice of the customer internally, translating frontline trends into feedback that shapes Support, Product, and Marketing priorities

• Deliver regional webinars and business reviews that turn account metrics into a compelling value story for clinic owners and managers

• Travel up to 25% to build and deepen regional customer relationships

About you:

• 3+ years in a Customer Success role, ideally managing a large, diverse portfolio of accounts (veterinary industry experience a plus)

• Track record of using account health data to prioritize proactively rather than reactively

• Comfortable identifying expansion opportunities and partnering cross-functionally with Sales/Account Management to close them

• Confident and polished presenting to groups — experienced delivering webinars or business reviews that land with a non-technical audience

• Skilled at translating data into a clear, business-relevant narrative for both customers and internal stakeholders

• Tactful and poised under pressure; thrives in cross-functional collaboration and fast-moving environments

• Experience with Salesforce, ChurnZero, or similar CS/automation tools a plus
