About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you'll be the trusted advisor who ensures our clients don't just adopt Checkmarx; they thrive with it.

You'll own the client relationship end-to-end, driving adoption, measurable value, and long-term partnership across some of the most security-conscious enterprises in the world.

This role is for someone who loves building relationships, solving problems before they escalate, and turning product usage into real business outcomes.

What You'll Do

• You'll serve as the primary point of contact for your client portfolio, building relationships from the practitioner level to the executive suite. You'll understand what success looks like for each client and make sure Checkmarx solutions map directly to their business goals.
• You'll build success plans with clear goals and milestones, track health and engagement metrics, and lead business reviews (QBRs/SBRs) that show clients exactly what value they're getting and where more is available.
• From onboarding through stabilization, adoption, and renewal, you'll be the throughline of the client experience, coordinating smooth handoffs between teams and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• You'll keep a close eye on usage trends, sentiment, and health indicators, stepping in early to resolve issues and manage escalations with calm, clear communication.
• You'll be the connective tissue between Support, Technical Account Management, Product, Training, Professional Services, and Account Management, giving each team the context they need to deliver for the client.
• You'll run tight, purposeful client meetings, keep documentation current, and continuously look for ways to improve how we deliver success, sharing client trends and feedback back into Product.
• You'll build deep working knowledge of the Checkmarx platform relevant to your clients, and use your understanding of the application security landscape to guide smarter conversations and recommendations.

Requirements

What You Bring

• 2-4 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager (CSM) in enterprise SaaS
• Experience managing enterprise accounts across multiple stakeholder levels, including executives
• Experience with project management and program management
• Experience analyzing usage and customer health data to build action plans
• Strong communication skills: executive presentations, conflict de-escalation, written success plans
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally without formal authority
• Working knowledge of cloud-native architecture and tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Cybersecurity, Application Security (AppSec), DevSecOps or Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC)
• This is a fully remote position, and we would like the ideal candidate to be located in the Eastern or Central US time zones
