I am hiring on behalf of a UK-based SaaS consultancy and certified monday.com partner. They run their business efficiently using the same automation they sell to clients. This means you work from anywhere in South Africa on your own time, provided you hit your deadlines and show up for client calls.

What you will actually do:

• Take the reins post implementation to manage client retention, account health, and software adoption.
• Run Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with key stakeholders to prove ROI using platform analytics.
• Drive account expansion by spotting opportunities for new seats, tier upgrades, and product add-ons.
• Upskill clients on monday.com best practices using Loom, live sessions, and workflow tools.

What you need to bring:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management.
• Strong knowledge of monday.com Work OS (a relevant certification is a solid advantage) or a similar platform.
• A track record of managing churn and closing upsell opportunities.
• Consultative skills and the ability to explain data clearly to client executives.
