In this role, youll be the first point of contact for patients and healthcare providers, ensuring seamless experiences across our platform. Youll address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver empathetic, patient-centered support.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with the platform.
- Guide users on how to navigate and maximize the telehealth services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
