Weare seeking a professional, customer-focused, and highly organized CustomerService Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our clients.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing both inbound andoutbound calls via VoIP, responding to email inquiries, and proactivelyreaching out to customers to initiate communication using provided scripts. Theideal candidate has excellent spoken and written English skills, a strongadministrative ability, and experience handling customer inquiries in afast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

CustomerInteraction & Communication

• Call Management:Answer incoming calls andperform outbound calls using VoIP technology.
• Outreach:Conduct initial communication withcustomers by strictly adhering to company-provided scripts to ensure consistentmessaging.
• Email Management:Monitor sharedinboxes and respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring all communicationsare accurate and professional.
• Support:Act as the primary point of contact forcustomers, identifying needs, resolving issues, and escalating complex mattersto the appropriate team member when necessary.

AdministrativeSupport

• Record Keeping:Accurately record customerinteractions, maintain contact details, and update project information in theCRM or internal systems.
• Process Adherence:Followestablished business processes, workflows, and communication standards.
• Scheduling:Assist with scheduling or confirmingcustomer calls and meetings as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Previous experience in a customerservice, support, or reception role (minimum 1 year with AU support preferred).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and writtenEnglish communication skills are essential.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortableusing VoIP systems, email platforms, and CRM/internal databases.
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strongproblem-solving abilities, professional phone etiquette, and the ability towork independently.
