Overview: STAFFVIRTUAL is hiring Customer Service Representatives on behalf of CrunchLabs for the holiday peak season. This role is ideal for self-starters with experience in tickets, email, phone, and chat support. You'll thrive in a startup-style environment, working without rigid scripts, and delivering authentic, helpful support to subscribers.
Responsibilities:
Provide responsive, high-quality support across tickets, email, phone, and chat.
Resolve customer issues with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency.
Collaborate with the support team via Slack and Google Workspace.
Manage and track customer interactions using Gorgias.
Adapt to customer needs without relying on strict scripts.
Suggest improvements to enhance customer support processes.
Qualifications:
1 to 3 years of customer service experience, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Must have prior experience in multi-channel support (tickets, email, phone, chat).
Excellent written and spoken English; natural, conversational communication style.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
A self-starter who can work independently in a remote setup.
Must have a reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection.
Willing to work night shift
Familiarity with Gorgias, Slack, and Google Workspace is a plus.
Schedule: GY shift (US time)
Setup: Remote / WFH
