We are looking for a friendly, empathetic, and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inbound inquiries, answering their questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring they have a positive experience during every interaction. You will represent the company through professional, clear, and helpful communication.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
Listen carefully to customers and identify their needs or concerns.
Provide accurate, clear, and timely information about products, services, policies, or processes.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Guide customers through troubleshooting steps or account-related processes when required.
Document customer interactions and update information accurately in the appropriate systems.
Follow established procedures, scripts, service guidelines, and escalation protocols.
Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate team when necessary.
Meet performance expectations related to quality, productivity, attendance, customer satisfaction, and response times.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude during every customer interaction.
Participate in training sessions, coaching meetings, and team activities.
Protect customer information and follow all confidentiality and data-security requirements.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in customer service, a contact center, BPO, hospitality, retail, or another customer-facing role is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to communicate with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound customer inquiries.
Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented during challenging interactions.
Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.
Ability to follow processes while adapting to different customer needs.
Comfortable using computers, CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and communication tools.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
Reliable attendance and schedule adherence.
Availability to work according to the assigned schedule, including weekends or holidays when required.
English Requirements
English proficiency of [C1 required level].
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with English-speaking customers.
Strong listening comprehension and conversational skills.
Technical Requirements
Stable high-speed internet connection.
Quiet and professional workspace with minimal background noise.
