Customer Service Agent – AI & Technology
We are an e-commerce company looking for a Customer Service Agent – AI & Technology to join our team. This role combines day-to-day customer support with opportunities to work on AI, automation, and customer service technology. This will be a remote/telecommute position.
What You’ll Do

Assist e-commerce customers through email, chat, and phone
Troubleshoot customer, order, and product-related issues
Help implement, monitor, test, and improve AI customer service tools
Identify opportunities to improve workflows using AI and automation
Troubleshoot technical issues and help connect different systems
Test and help implement new tools and processes

What We’re Looking For

Previous customer service experience
Strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills are required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Good technical and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with AI tools and automation
Ability to learn new systems quickly and research solutions independently
Experience with e-commerce, APIs, integrations, programming, CRM, or helpdesk platforms is a plus
