Position Overview

As a Customer Service Advisor, your main focus will be to build great relationships with our
customers, providing them with outstanding support and ensuring every customer receives
the best service. You will handle enquiries and process orders efficiently, making sure our
customers always have a positive experience.
Your day-to-day will include responding to emails and solving problems, but the role is much
more than that. It’s about creating a lasting impression on every customer, helping them feel
valued and confident in our service. Occasionally, there may be other tasks that come your
way, giving you the chance to expand your skills.
Core Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction and Coordination:
• Process customer orders received via email.
• Respond to quotation enquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to escalate larger enquiries to the Quoting team.
• Provide accurate delivery time information to customers, ensuring a fully informed
delivery service.
Customer Issue Management:
• Log and track customer complaints and queries in NetSuite.
• Address various customer requests, including web enquiries, and assist in resolving
issues promptly and efficiently.
• Aim to leave every customer with a positive impression of the company, regardless of
the outcome of the inquiry.
Essential Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal English communication skills, particularly when handling customer enquiries professionally via email.
Customer-focused, with a professional and solution-oriented approach to resolving customer concerns.
High attention to detail when processing customer orders, maintaining records, and communicating quotation and delivery information.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
Ability to manage routine customer requests independently while recognizing when escalation is required.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fully remote environment.
Willing and available to work UK business hours, based on the agreed Philippine Time schedule.
Relevant Experience:
Experience in one or more of the following areas is an advantage:
Customer Service Representative or Customer Service Advisor
Order Processing or Order Management
E-commerce or Online Retail Support
Logistics, Delivery Coordination, or Supply Chain Support
BPO or Shared Services Customer Support
Trade, Construction, or Wholesale Customer Service

Full-time Remote Set-up
Operations: UK Timezone 8 hours workday
Salary Package: Php 30,000 - 40,000/monthly
