About the role

We’re looking for a Customer Advocacy Manager to grow an engaged customer community and turn trusted relationships into meaningful advocacy.

You’ll bring Blackbaud’s customer community and advocacy programs together to create stronger connections with our customers and help amplify their experiences. You’ll own the strategy for the Blackbaud Community and Champions program, creating engaging experiences, developing advocates, and using insights to continuously improve how customers participate and connect with Blackbaud.

What you'll be doing

Own the strategy for Blackbaud Community and the Champions advocacy program, creating a connected experience that grows customer engagement and advocacy
Grow and support an active customer community through engaging campaigns, communications, member-led user groups, moderation and effective member support
Identify and develop customers into Champions, speakers, reviewers, references and storytellers, building trusted relationships throughout their advocacy journey
Partner across Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Partners, Events, Brand and other teams to connect community and advocacy activity with wider business priorities
Define and track measures of community health and advocacy impact, using data alongside automation and AI-enabled capabilities to improve programs, processes and governance

What you'll bring

Experience in community management, customer advocacy, customer marketing or customer success, with the depth to take ownership of customer-facing programs
Experience managing an enterprise customer community or an advocacy, champion or reference program, with a working understanding of how the other supports the customer journey
Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with experience working effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders
Confidence prioritizing in an agile environment and using engagement and program data to inform decisions and improve outcomes
A collaborative, customer-focused approach and the ability to create clear connections between customer needs, community engagement and advocacy opportunities

The starting base pay is $77,700.00 to $104,500.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, Company finances, and other operational considerations.
