Why this role

Evolve is on a mission to make vacation rental easy for everyone, and that starts with the homeowners who trust us with their properties. For most of them, the first thing they see from us is an ad on search or social media, or a referral from another owner. As our Creative Designer, you'll own the strategy behind what we show potential customers across our ads, landing pages and mail pieces. You will work closely with product marketing and our paid marketing teams to test, learn and iterate, and put more of our budget behind what actually brings in qualified owners. This is an individual-contributor role on a small, flat, high-ownership team, with a direct line from your work to the company's growth.

The team

Growth owns Evolve's owner-acquisition funnel, from first impression through qualified lead and signup, and all of our marketing. It's a small team by design, which means less process, more surface area, and a lot of creative freedom inside a clear brand.

What you’ll do

• Paid Creative
• Design static, motion and short-form video ads for Meta, Reddit, display and new test channels, with multiple versions of each concept across formats and sizes
• Ship new variants every week with our performance marketers, built around clear hypotheses — hooks, messages, formats, audiences
• Read the results with the team, and turn what you learn into the next round rather than starting from scratch
• Landing Pages, Mail & Brand
• Design landing page visuals, direct mail pieces and lifecycle email creative, so the experience matches from ad to page to mailbox
• Work with our brand and product marketing team to keep everything on-brand while still testing boldly
• Systems & Speed
• Build templates, asset libraries and a creative learnings log so production scales without losing quality
• Use AI tools to raise output and speed up iteration, and help the team get better at it

What makes you a great fit

• 3+ years designing performance or direct-response creative — paid social ads, display, landing pages — for a consumer, marketplace or lead-generation business
• A portfolio that shows high-volume ad work and how it was tested and iterated, not just final hero pieces
• Strong in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud; comfortable with motion and basic video editing (After Effects, Premiere or similar)
• You think in tests: you can explain why a variant won, and you use performance data to decide what to make next
• Fast, organized and comfortable with feedback and short turnaround
• AI-native working style — you already use AI tools to generate, iterate and resize creative; this is a baseline here, not a differentiator
• Nice to have: experience designing for print or direct mail and working with print vendors, reading Meta Ads Manager or channel dashboards yourself, and copywriting instincts for headlines and hooks

Compensation

Our base salary is $110,000- $135,000 depending on experience.

Location

All Evolve team members must live in one of our approved locations by their first day. We can hire from anywhere in the U.S. except D.C. and Hawaii. Some positions may also have restrictions based on compensation in the following states: California, Maryland, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Washington. If you live in Colorado, you can work remotely anywhere in the state, at our downtown Denver office, or a hybrid of both!
