Our client is a fast-growing, "better-for-you" food company specializing in high-quality, delicious quesadillas and tortillas distributed through both direct-to-consumer (DTC) online sales and major national grocery retailers. As they scale rapidly, they are expanding their creative team to ensure brand visuals remain fresh, modern, and high-converting.

💼 About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Designer who lives where exceptional design meets commercial performance. Joining a collaborative, high-impact creative team—partnering closely with an existing designer focused on video and photography—you will own the brand’s visual execution across DTC web assets, email marketing, and paid social campaigns. With an uncompromising mobile-first mindset and a sharp eye for conversion drivers, you will deliver elevated design work quickly without sacrificing craft.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• 🎨 Ecommerce & Campaign Design: Build conversion-optimized DTC digital assets for website banners, email campaigns (Klaviyo), and paid social ads (Meta, TikTok). Partner with the marketing team to concept and execute visual assets for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and sales promotions.

• 📱 Brand Execution & Mobile-First UX: Translate brand guidelines into thumb-stopping, modern creatives built strictly for mobile screens first. Maintain visual consistency and brand integrity across every customer digital touchpoint.

• 📊 Retail Pitch & Deck Support: Design polished, brand-forward B2B pitch decks and presentations in PowerPoint or Keynote to help win and expand retail grocery partnerships.

• 🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with copywriters, photographers, and growth marketers to iterate rapidly on ad concepts and creative tests.

✅ Qualifications & Skills

⭐ Core Requirements:

• Experience & Portfolio: 3–5 years of graphic design experience with a strong, proven portfolio in DTC e-commerce. Clean, modern, and elevated aesthetic sensibility is non-negotiable.

• Technical Mastery: Advanced command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. Meticulous eye for detail—zero tolerance for misaligned elements, typos, or off-palette color codes.

• Mobile-First Design: Proven expertise designing specifically for mobile viewports, email newsletters, and paid social performance creative (not just static desktop pages).

• Speed & Quality: Ability to manage multiple asset deliverables across simultaneous campaigns without compromising polish.

🌟 Preferred Pluses:

• Prior experience in Food, Beverage, or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).

• Familiarity with Shopify page sections, Klaviyo email templates, or headless web builders.

• Experience creating motion graphics, short video cuts, or lightweight animated GIFs for social/email.

• Experience directing or working with User Generated Content (UGC) and product photography.
