Country Manager Swizerland
About this role
Companial is looking for a senior Country Manager to build and grow our business in Switzerland.
Today, we work with approximately 15 Swiss Microsoft Dynamics partners.. With approximately 80 Dynamics partners active in Switzerland, there is significant room to grow. Our ambition is clear: grow by building strong relantionships.
As Country Manager Switzerland, your main focus will be recruiting new Dynamics partners, developing strategic relationships and expanding Companial’s presence in the Swiss market.
You will report to the Regional Lead DACH and work closely with our teams across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Your responsibilities
- Own the commercial growth and revenue performance of Companial in Switzerland.
Recruit new Microsoft Dynamics partners and develop them into long term Companial customers.
Build and manage relationships with key decision makers across the Swiss Dynamics ecosystem.
Grow existing partner relationships by introducing additional Companial services.
Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Switzerland.
Build a strong new business pipeline and take ownership from first contact through onboarding and growth.
Work closely with Microsoft and represent Companial at partner meetings and relevant industry events.
Use your own local commercial and marketing budget to support growth.
The role
This is a hands on commercial role for someone who enjoys building a market.
Our existing Swiss partners are currently managed through the German organisation. A Partner Success Manager will focus on developing these existing relationships, while your primary focus will be new partner acquisition and commercial growth.
The Swiss team may grow to approximately two or three people over time. We are therefore looking for someone motivated by building a successful business rather than managing a large team.
Success is measured primarily by one thing: growing revenue in Switzerland through the recruitment and development of new Dynamics partners.
What you bring
- Senior commercial experience within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem within a commercial role.
Strong Dynamics 365 knowledge and understanding of the Microsoft partner landscape.
Proven experience in new business development, partner recruitment or building a market.
A strong new business drive combined with the ability to develop long term relationships.
Experience engaging senior decision makers and commercially owning a market or region.
- Ability to built and coach a small team up to 3-5 Partner Success Managers
Knowledge of the Swiss Dynamics market and an existing local network are strong advantages.
Fluent German and English.
This is a remote role, however to build relationships we see you being based in Switzerland, Germany or Austria, provided you can be regularly present in the Swiss market.
