About this role
A top tier international law firm are looking for an associate to join their Hong Kong Public Companies Practice. You will assist in advising public companies on a wide range of corporate and securities law matters.
Requirements
- Hong Kong qualified
- 1-4 years of post-qualification experience in corporate and securities law, preferably with a focus on public companies.
- Must have relevant working experience in public company M&A and/or IPO and advising on Listing Rules issues.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin are a pre-requisite and the ability to speak Cantonese would be a strong preference.
