About this role

We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join Amey, supporting our Nuclear Restoration Services (NRS) contract on a FTC for approximately 12 months.

The standard hours of work are 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday.

This FTC is a remote role, alongside travel to nuclear sites including (but not limited to): Trawsfynydd, Maentwrog, Wylfa, Hunterston, Chapelcross, Sizewell and Bradwell.

Amey delivers essential workplace and facilities management services across 17 nuclear sites and regional offices nationwide, supporting the safe decommissioning of the UK’s first‑generation nuclear sites. This is highly regulated, purposeful work that plays a vital role in protecting people and the environment, while offering long‑term career security within a growing and nationally important sector.

As Continuous Improvement Manager, you will lead performance and continuous improvement activities that make services safer, more efficient and customer focused. You'll use data and insight to influence change, improve outcomes and drive operational excellence across our NRS Contract.
