What you’ll do
As a Content LiveOps Manager, you will build Content LiveOps from (almost) zero: there's limited live-ops cadence and an early playbook, so what you set up becomes the operating rhythm Lingokids ship from here on. There's a lot to unlock too. As we grow into the leading kids' entertainment platform for licensed IPs, every new IP adds another vein of live-ops potential (events, drops, tie-ins) nobody's tapped yet.
You’ll own and run a weekly content release cadence: new games, new IPs, new content going live on a predictable schedule.
Design, plan and run time-limited events as the program matures, eg: a themed weekend drop with its own promotional treatment, not just a content update.
Define what a release needs beyond the content itself: teaser moments, custom or animated icons, countdown treatments, in-app announcements, comms, and work with marketing, engineering and design to build what makes that possible.
Soft-launch new content and games, and own the process for how something moves from ready to live.
Partner with the Content Experimentation team to test the variables that matter (event length, timing, locking, positioning, packaging) and use the results to improve the next release.
Be accountable for whether releases actually land: on schedule, and with a measurable lift in engagement and retention.
What you’ll bring
Direct experience running a content release cadence, live-ops strategy, or live-events pipeline, done operationally.
Comfort with a weekly operating rhythm.
Strong cross-functional coordination skills: you'll be pulling in engineering, art, and design capacity shared across a broader team, not a dedicated build team of your own.
LiveOps and Performance Data literacy: you can look at a release's performance and know whether it worked, how to iterate, and why.
Background in games where "what's live changes constantly" is a normal part of the job.
Nice to have.
Experience specifically with time-limited or seasonal events (eg: a holiday tie-in, a licensed-IP drop, a themed weekend…)
Familiarity with subscription or content platforms for a young or family audience.
English is a must:We’re a multicultural team providing a service in English, so while certifications aren’t necessary, fluency is essential. As a fully remote company, clear and effective spoken and written communication—especially in asynchronous, long-form formats—is key to collaborating successfully.
