About this role

About the team

Studio Z is Zillow's in-house creative agency — a full-service creative, content, strategy, and production team that drives Zillow's brand forward across every channel while operating at the high-stakes intersection of brand storytelling and real-time culture. The team is small, highly skilled, and deeply collaborative — working alongside copywriters, art directors, and brand partners to make content that earns attention rather than buying it. They move at the speed of social, obsess over platform nuance, and build work that immerses the Zillow brand in culture. This is a team for people who take the internet seriously and love the craft of creating for it.

About the role

We are looking for an inventive, high-execution hybrid Creator & Strategist who lives at the intersection of culture, community, and short-form storytellers. You are equally comfortable behind the camera concepting and editing, and in front of the camera as an authentic face and voice for the Zillow brand.

In this role within StudioZ (Zillow’s in-house creative organization), you will help bring Zillow’s overarching social strategy to life across our key channels. Working in close partnership with internal Line-of-Business (LOB) leads and our external creative agency partners, you know how to navigate a collaborative, matrixed environment to deliver work that is timely, additive, and culturally resonant. You bring quick-thinking creative instincts, respect established brand guardrails, and solve complex production challenges with agility and taste.
