Your Role

• Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings
  • Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
  • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience
  • Support staff members who are performing audits of their practice in the normal course of their duties, or for compliance requirements
  • Assist the Compliance Manager to develop, initiate, maintain, and revise policies and procedures for the general operation of the compliance program and its related activities

Qualifications for the Role

• At least one (1) year of proven working experience as General Admin / Clerical tasks.
  • Any Bachelor’s degree or related field or equivalent

• People-oriented and results-driven

• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of compliance and quality assurance in debt collection
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  •Knowledge in MS Office systems
  • Knowledge in Google Docs, Forms, Sheets (optional)
  • Willing to work from home or at local area site in a rotational shift environment
