Role Summary

As the Community Program Specialist, you'll embed community across the ALX talent journey, from selection and recruitment through learning, transition, and alumni engagement. You'll own ALX's virtual community presence, including eHub, along with the community's newsletters and communications, working cross-functionally with Community Managers, Marketing, Learning, and other teams to deliver one consistent, member-driven experience, in person and online.

Due to the considerable amount of virtual working and interaction with colleagues and customers in different physical locations internationally, it is essential that the successful applicant has the drive and ethic to succeed working in small teams physically but in larger efforts virtually. Self-drive to communicate constantly using web collaboration and video conferencing is essential. As an employee, you will be encouraged to continually develop your capability & attain certifications to reflect your growth as an individual.

This role is a Full-time position

As this is a fully remote role, the successful applicant should be highly self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a digital-first environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams using tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Gmail. Strong communication is essential, and success in this role will depend on your ability to stay connected, work proactively, and take initiative.
