Location: Remote

Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 + Discretionary Bonus

What You Will Achieve:

• Drive new commercial business revenue by prospecting, building a strong referral network, and using our tech-enabled tools to manage your sales pipeline.
• Win new accounts nationally across multiple states, using our broad carrier access to quote, place and close business.
• Act as a trusted risk advisor: assess each prospect's exposures and recommend the right mix of coverage (GL, Property, BOP, Workers' Comp, Commercial Auto, Umbrella, and more).
• Find cross-sell and upsell opportunities to round out accounts and grow premium.
• Deliver a client experience that goes "Beyond Expectation," earning the loyalty that leads to high retention and referrals.

Qualifications for this Role:

• Active P&C license in 5 or more states, with particular need in (but not limited to) TX, FL, NY, CA and MA.
• 5+ years of demonstrated success as a licensed agent, with a focus on commercial lines new business sales.
• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding new business sales targets, ideally selling nationally.
• Deep understanding of commercial insurance products, policies and carrier underwriting guidelines.
• AMS proficiency: hands-on experience using agency management systems (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft, EZLynx) to quote new business and manage accounts.
• CRM expertise: proven ability to manage a sales pipeline in modern CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho).
